Ticketing Officer

Opportunity
Triennale Milano is looking for a professional to join its Marketing Department, Sales Area, as a Ticketing Officer, with the possibility of a permanent position.

Responsibilities
– Programming and managing ticketing settings for exhibitions (shows), performances (theater), musical events (concerts), and visitor services (guided tours, educational workshops, etc.);
– Developing and supervising the implementation of ticketing functions;
– Managing SIAE procedures for exhibitions, performances, and musical events:

  • Opening procedures (representation requests);
  • Compiling musical reports for performances based on information provided by theater companies;
  • Submitting C1 forms for competence calculations;
    – Managing SIAE procedures for free events;
    – Managing the ticketing platform and membership sales;
    – Resolving membership-related issues;
    – Supervising and coordinating the work of ticketing staff and mediation personnel for issuing complimentary tickets;
    – Managing ticketing-related agreements: setting up ticketing systems, controlling ticket issuance, and preparing credit notes for monthly administrative credit payments;
    – Managing seating charts for performances, including reserved and available seats and allotments;
    – Handling invitations for theatrical performances;
    – Managing operational ticketing relations:
  • Membership promotions;
  • Promotions for individual ticket sales for exhibitions and performances;
  • Partnerships (managing batch ticket issuance and complimentary tickets for specific events);
    – Coordinating with the Administration Office:
  • Monthly reconciliation of various payment methods;
  • Monthly reconciliation of guided tours;
  • Reconciliation of ticket issuance for third-party subscriptions;
  • Handling refunds;
    – Tracking sales (weekly reporting) and promotions;
    – Updating and preparing reports to monitor KPIs;
    – Customer service for ticketing and membership via email.

Requirements
– Comprehensive knowledge of ticketing operations for both exhibitions and theater;
– Thorough understanding of SIAE regulations;
– At least 2 years of work experience in a similar field;
– Previous experience with a CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics);
– Project management experience, including schedule management, cost analysis, and activity monitoring;
– Ability to analyze data and prepare reports;
– Teamwork experience;
– Strong written and verbal communication skills;
– Organizational, problem-solving, and autonomous working abilities;
– Excellent command of the English language;
– Previous experience with CMS and email marketing platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.

Contract: Maternity leave replacement with the possibility of stabilization

Hours: Full-time, with availability for evening and holiday shifts
