The project creates changing soundscapes from across our world to break down cultural borders.
Sound of the Earth: Chapter 3 is an auditory portrait of the world represented online and offline, reflecting the new ways in which we experience artworks. The audience is invited to actively partecipate in the creative process by submitting sounds via the website soundoftheearth.org and join the global sound archive. This way, the lines between audience and artist blur, and they both become creators of the piece.
