Aftersun is a conversation series—which benefits from the setting of the summer sun and the relaxed atmosphere of our Garden during Triennale Estate—in which Marco Sammicheli, Director of the Museo del Design Italiano di Triennale Milano, invites designers and protagonists of contemporary culture to discuss some of the main themes at the center of the exhibition program of the Museo del Design Italiano. The new appointment is dedicated to the aesthetics, imaginaries, productions and knowledge of Southern Italy involved in the research of some of the most interesting studios on the international scene. Through collections, cultural events, exhibition projects and manufactures, we talk about the limits, challenges and positions of an expanded phenomenon that touches craftsmanship, design and the regeneration of territories.
