The first in the series of events Alors? On Dance!—organized by Fondation Cartier pour l'art contemporain—is a DJ set by Stefano Ghittoni dedicated to the 1980s of Alessandro Mendini, "Domus," Alchimia, Memphis and radical architecture. The years of post punk and white funk, early New York rap and peripheral new wave. Unconventional musical atmospheres characterize the "Pop years," in which design stood against the massification of culture.
