A large installation, specially conceived and created by the artist for Triennale Milano, reflects on the relationship between the machine and its creators, between human and artificial, and is based on careful research on vision devices and their tactile quality, on the politics of the body as a creator of desire. A chorus of fabricated subjects composes a score of air puffs, invisible bodies claim presence brought together in an endless dance. Anna Franceschini creates a hybrid and complex apparatus, between the mechanical ballet and the machine, a screenless animation that draws on and revisits multiple cinematic imaginaries and reflects on contemporaneity as a panorama of spectacular objects.
