We present Inspirations and Generations, a series of five events in which Michele Masneri moderates a set of conversations with key figures from the cultural, business, and social worlds. The goal is to explore how passion, talent, and a sense of responsibility are passed down across generations. The second event in the series, Innovators or Black Sheep? How to Find Your Own Path in a Successful Family, is a conversation between entrepreneurs Matteo Marzotto and Gianluca Vacchi, focusing on the theme of personal identity and how it is shaped within prominent or already successful families.

Matteo Marzotto is the President of MinervaHub S.p.A., a leading industrial group specializing in high-end fashion processing and finishing, and of FAS International, a leader in the vending sector. He is also co-founder and President of the Italian Cystic Fibrosis Research Foundation (Fondazione Ricerca Fibrosi Cistica ETS). Over the years, he has held leadership roles in companies such as Valentino, Vionnet, Dondup, and Gruppo Marzotto. He also led the transformation of Fiera di Vicenza into Italian Exhibition Group, helping to expand its international reach.
Gianluca Vacchi, after a long career in the industrial world tied to his family’s business in the mechanical and manufacturing sectors (IMA Group), has forged a unique path that blends entrepreneurship, entertainment, and media presence. Today, he is recognized as a leading figure in Italian pop and digital culture, having turned his public image into a global entrepreneurial project spanning fashion, music, and lifestyle.
