Ven. Ani Ciampa Tashi is an Italian Buddhist nun of the Tibetan Mahayana tradition. She lives in Tuscany and is part of the Fondazione Sangha ETS, based in Pomaia (Pisa). She has completed two Masters Programs (the Advanced Dharma Studies Program of the Foundation for the Preservation of the Mahayana Tradition) and has been volunteering since 2012 in the prisons of Pisa and Livorno through the association Liberazione nella Prigione as a qualified practitioner. She has undertaken several personal retreats of varying lengths, including a one-year retreat. Since 2016, she has been leading various meditation groups via WhatsApp, and since 2010 she has been organizing regular meetings in different centers, including those in Livorno, Ferrara, Mombercelli (Asti), Casnigo (Bergamo), Cagliari, Agrigento, Verona, and Forlì. She also leads four-day residential retreats every three months at the Istituto Lama Tzong Khapa in Pomaia and conducts weekly online sessions for the Thubten Kunkyen Center in Naples. The main goal of these activities is to promote the practice of meditation for the benefit of those who wish to learn and cultivate it.

Ven. Lama Paljin Tulku Rinpoche is a Tibetan Buddhist monk of the Mahayana–Vajrayana tradition and has been practicing Buddhism for over thirty years. He follows the teachings of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and has studied under some of the greatest Tibetan masters who fled Tibet after the Chinese invasion. In 1995, in Ladakh, he was recognized as the reincarnation of Je Paljin, a distinguished Lama who lived around 1600 and was known for helping to spread Buddhism in his country and for his exceptional yogic qualities. Today, in Ladakh, Venerable Paljin Tulku Rinpoche sits among the Regent Masters of Lamayuru Monastery and holds the throne of Atitse Monastery, which under his guidance has become an international center for meditation. Tirelessly dedicated to spreading Buddhism in the West, he conducts courses and seminars in Italy and abroad. He is the founder and spiritual guide of the Mandala Tibetan Study Center in Milan, with affiliated centers across Italy and Europe. In 1991, he founded the Mandala Samten Ling Monastery in Graglia Santuario, Piedmont — a place for study and retreat — which he continues to direct. In addition to promoting numerous humanitarian initiatives in Ladakh, India, Nepal, Ethiopia, and Peru, he is one of the founders of the Forum of Religions in Milan, an advocate for interreligious dialogue at both national and international levels, and co-founder of the Forum of Religions in Biella.
