A moment of discussion and in-depth analysis between some associations active in the area in the field of eating disorders and Francesca Ghelfi, nutritionist and popularizer, who for years has been involved in nutrition education with particular attention to childhood and families, and Lucrezia Islam, a psychiatrist and psychotherapist, member of Nutrimente ETS, who has been involved for years in prevention and awareness of eating disorders, especially in schools. An opportunity to reflect together on the role of nutrition in growth, treatment and prevention, from an early age.

Francesca Ghelfi
Nutritionist with a bachelor's degree in Gastronomic Sciences and a PhD, she works on nutrition from science to the plate. Active in social science outreach, she translates nutritional evidence into practical advice for daily living. Through nutritional pathways, books and courses, she helps people and families improve their nutrition with more plant-based, sustainable and accessible cooking.
Lucrezia Islam
Physician-surgeon, psychiatrist and psychotherapist, trained in Italy and the United States, with experience at the University of Milan and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Since 2017, she has been a partner in Nutrimente ETS, where she works on communication and eating disorder prevention projects in schools. With more than 20 years of clinical experience, she has worked in hospital and international settings, with a focus on developmental age, young adults and migrant patients. Today she is in private practice, with a focus on nutrition and mental health disorders.
Annie Mazzola
Radio speaker, host and champion of Friends from Home! Annie has been a face of Mediaset Infinity, TV8 and Radio 105 and has worked with Tim Vision, Coca-Cola and "Cosmopolitan."
