Francesco Pacifico

A Rome-based writer, he has written the novels Il caso Vittorio (2003), Storia della mia purezza (2010) and Class (2014, shortlisted among the 2017 books of "The New York Times" critics), Le donne amate (2018); the essays Io e Clarissa Dalloway (2020) and Seminario sui luoghi comuni (2012), and the short story collection Solo storie di sesso (2022). He founded the Treccani magazine "Il Tascabile" and writes in "La Repubblica," "Domani" "Rolling Stone" and the American magazine "n+1." He conducts the interview podcast Archivio Pacifico. He has translated numerous foreign authors, including Francis Scott Fitzgerald and Henry Miller.
