On the occasion of the 24th International Exhibition Inequalities, we present a special focus on the themes of nutrition and longevity, in collaboration with Pellegrini, a historic Italian company active in the field of welfare services. Long committed to promoting people’s well-being, Pellegrini embraces a cultural approach to nutrition, supported by ongoing scientific and educational initiatives through the Pellegrini Academy, its center for research, development, and training. Within this framework, the collaboration with the Valter Longo Foundation—a nonprofit organization founded by Professor Valter Longo, a leading international expert in the field of longevity—aims to highlight the crucial role of healthy eating and proper lifestyle habits in supporting health and active aging.
