Free admission upon registration
A tribute to the work of Armenian filmmaker Artavazd Pelechian, who remained unknown in the West until 1983. This documentary captures the memory of his creations, his cinema, and its relationship with humanity, life, thought, emotions, and the endless, infinite paths that intertwine them all. It is told through the narrative of a meeting with Pelechian in Moscow and the discovery of fragments of his films, along with rare, unseen footage portraying him in extraordinary moments of his life.
The screening is part of the program Stories in history, which accompanies the exhibition Il Nostro Tempo, CinéFondationCartier.
